Game Viewing Drives

Wanderlust Adventures offers an on-site exploration of the country’s wildlife, freshwater and eco-sites. We specialize in creating Uganda safaris designed with you in mind – considering your wishes regarding Uganda’s wildlife, Mountain Gorillas, Chimpanzees, Birds, scenery and adventure activities such as the White Water Rafting on the Nile, Horseback riding, and Mountain climbing.

Volunteers and visitors have the opportunity to try out white-water rafting at the source of the Nile, go on breathtaking safaris in Queen Elizabeth National Park or Murchison Falls National Park, track chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park and see mountain gorillas in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We offer these excursions to our volunteers and tourists at approximately half the price charged by commercial tour companies. The result is a program that combines high-impact volunteering with invaluable experience and unforgettable adventures that can’t be found elsewhere.

We are based in the Mukono district, some 45min from Kampala, 1.5 hours from Entebbe and 1 hour from Jinja. The district is on the shores of Lake Victoria, so that the district is home to many fishermen villages.
