Our Uganda volunteer projects’ focus is to increase volunteer engagement in rural communities and that is the main reason! Volunteering overseas is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture while simultaneously giving back.
We welcome people to get involved, Ssamba Foundation is in need of much guidance from outside volunteers, both short and longer term. Locally, Isaac Ssamba- the Founder & Executive Chairman will be your main contact person during your stay in Mukono.
Depending upon your existing skills and qualifications, an outline of the most suitable projects for you to implement will be discussed with Isaac Ssamba before your stay. He will also be in regular contact with you throughout your period of volunteering in Uganda.
