Isaac Ssamba Serving as Rotary Club President (25/26)
We are proud to share that our founder and director, Isaac Ssamba, is serving as President of the Rotary Club of Mukono Central for the 2025–2026 Rotary year.
This milestone reflects not just personal leadership, but a continued commitment to community service at a broader level.
A Journey Rooted in Service
Isaac’s work has always been grounded in one principle: real change starts within the community. Through Ssamba Foundation, this has taken shape in the Ssamba Foundation Centre.
His leadership within Rotary builds on the same values- service, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Leadership Beyond One Organization
In June 2025, Isaac Ssamba was officially installed as President of the Rotary Club of Mukono Central, marking the beginning of his leadership for the 2025–2026 Rotary year.
As part of his vision, he has committed to:
- Strengthening community-based projects
- Expanding outreach and partnerships
- Increasing support for sustainable initiatives
- Promoting a stronger culture of giving and service
This leadership role connects local action with a wider global network of service.
Connecting Rotary Work to Community Impact
The work carried out through Rotary closely aligns with the challenges and opportunities we see every day in Mukono:
- Access to clean water
- Community health services
- Education and youth development
- Support for vulnerable families
By working across both spaces, we are able to:
👉 strengthen partnerships
👉 expand impact
👉 build more sustainable solutions
Why This Matters
Leadership is not about titles, it is about responsibility.
This role reflects:
- Trust from the wider community
- Recognition of long-term commitment
- Opportunity to scale impact beyond individual projects
It also reinforces something we strongly believe: local leadership is the foundation of lasting change
From Vision to Action
At Ssamba Foundation, our work continues daily at the Ssamba Foundation Centre – where education, livelihoods, and sustainability come together.
At the same time, through Rotary leadership, we are contributing to broader community initiatives across Mukono and beyond.
These are not separate paths- they are connected.
Looking Ahead
This new chapter represents growth, not just for an individual, but for the wider community we serve.
By combining grassroots action with wider collaboration, we continue working toward a shared goal: stronger, more sustainable communities.
